    As IT  specialist Engineer, you are a member of a team dedicated to ensuring the employees and contractors at BHN/CashStar have the technology and systems they need to be productive. This role will touch all areas of our tech stack, from system support to cloud application administration.


    • Addressing user-reported problems and needs in person, over the phone, through email, and via a ticketing/case management system
    • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, and using that documentation to automate IT process.
    • Ensuring critical Corporate IT systems (including SaaS applications, servers, phone system, and network components) are maintained, secured, and available to meet the needs of CashStar’s workforce
    • Provision new workstations, peripherals, and software applications to new and existing



    • Possess a high school diploma or GED, with additional coursework and/or experience in a
      related field.
    • 2-3 years of applicable experience
    • Able to perform high-touch, customer-focused support of our tech stack for both local and
      remote users
    • Experience with Mac O/S and Windows O/S required
    • Have strong listening, written and verbal communication skills
    • Use and Troubleshoot problems in Windows 10 & Mac OS High Sierra/Mojave
    • Use and troubleshoot problems in Office 365 web-based applications and Office 2016 local
    • Maintain high level of organization using existing tools in a fast-paced environment
    • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license along with a willingness to infrequently travel between locations within New England is required


    • A college degree in a related field and/or certifications (Network+, etc)
    • 3-5 years applicable experience as an IT Systems Support or IT specialist 
    • In depth knowledge, including Administration, of cloud/SaaS technologies like GSuite, O365,
      LastPass, Okta, and more
    • Experience with Active Directory, including User Management and GPO management
    • Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network troubleshooting using common tool
